Holiday Gift Guide for Toddlers 2-3 years old
Oct 30, 2023The holiday season always seems to be just around the corner! And it can be a bit of a stressful time for parents, or friends of parents. Particularly when you want to buy gifts that toddlers will enjoy and benefit from development-wise. That's why I've put together my gift guide for toddlers who are 2-3 years old.

- These stepping stones are non-slip with a thick rubber bottom and can be used indoors or outdoors. Create an obstacle course for your toddler to help them develop balance and coordination skills!
- Wild animal figurines are a simple, inexpensive option but can be used in so many different ways to encourage open-ended, creative play.
- Help your busy toddler burn off some energy before nap time with a mini trampoline!
- A toddler-sized basketball hoop is a well-loved classic for a reason, and it makes for a great gift!
- A play kitchen is a common staple in a toddler’s playroom. And don’t forget to stock it with yummy food like this set that we have!
- Toddlers this age love to build towers and castles and experiment with pretend play, so a high-quality, colorful block set will be well-loved!
- A Toniebox audio player provides screen-free entertainment for toddlers and older children, and would be a perfect gift for those looking to spend a little more but make a big impact for the holidays.
- This age is a great time to introduce a balance bike. This one is sturdy but lightweight and can be used indoors or outdoors, so it can still make a great gift for the holidays if you live in a colder winter climate.
- This wooden tool set promotes fine and gross motor development and can be used to teach counting, sorting, and naming colors. And what toddler doesn’t like hitting things with a hammer??
- This lock puzzle encourages problem-solving and motor skill development. Behind the doors are colors, numbers, and animals for even more educational play.
- An art easel offers a creative outlet for toddlers, and this one has dry-erase, chalkboard, and paper roller options. Grab a set of washable paints as well as these no-spill paint cups to keep cleanup easy!
- At this age, lots of toddlers are fascinated by emergency and service vehicles, so your toddler might be so excited to receive this vehicle set! They each have friction powered wheels and have lights and sirens!
